CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aesthetics by Talli, we understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure that all clients have the opportunity to receive our services in a timely manner, we have implemented a 48 hour cancellation policy. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within less than 48 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 30% of your appointment will be applied. This fee is non- refundable and must be paid before booking future appointments. No shows: if you do not show up for you appointment without any prior notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged. This policy ensures that our aestheticians’ time is respected, and we can continue providing quality services to all clients. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.
